Self-Portrait of a Leader

I was surprised to see that many of my perspectives on leadership have changed in a little over a year. The largest changes that I noted were in the area of self-awareness and being an effective leader, as well as  organization being more important than creativity. I do believe that OT school has enhanced my leadership capabilities by serving as a gross anatomy TA, but I do not believe that my leadership approach has changed.
